I'm awfully frustrated. I'm puting on the weight, though not as much as last time. Hmm, time for running again. I haven't been running for the past 1-2 weeks and I have been eating a lot of carbos. Just this Monday, I ate 6 slices of bread. That was the most number of bread slices I've eaten in my entire life for a day!! But I love the bread in school. Okay, so, I have limited it back to 2 slices everyday, I mean, the ones I eat at home. Oh, talking about running, I ran with Dad at MacRitchie yesterday evening. I can't believe. I just can't. I ran the full girls' route (3.2km) non-stop. It wasn't fast but it was still non-stop. I mean, given the fact that I haven't been running lately. And even if I ran at the stadium, 4 rounds would be a torture. 80% of the times I run at the stadium, I run at most 5 rounds. So hello?! The route equivalent to 8 rounds! Yay, another milestone. The last time I ran 8 full rounds in the stadium was a year ago. That, was another story. I was probably more fit then I guess. And it was much faster. So I'm gonna train up on the speed for more MacRitchie runs. And yeah, for my dreaded cross-country. The nature really made the run relaxing and refreshing, so that could possibly be why I managed that run. Yipee, I'm over the moon. I will start shedding those extra lumps of potatoes...Ha.
