I'm pissed. Really pissed. It's the same thing happening again. My tuition kid who refuses to answer basic questions like what 1/4 of a 32 page book is. She knows the answer and chooses to piss me off by not answering. Firstly, she's too reliant on me to give her answers, then she's too proud, then too stubborn. I'm furious!!!
I shall not dwell on the insane topic. Exam's just over yesterday and there's no school today cos' I don't take the Art paper. I went with Mel straight to Harbourfront, just to loiter around the mall there. Both of us decided to pop over at BarangBarang to look at their Balinese furniture. I think the shopkeeper must have found us a nuisance cause' I caught him staring at us from afar. I can't really blame him though, because Mel and I were busy laying around like potatoes on their sofas and beds. But hey, it wasn't like they put up the "Please do not sleep/sit on the sofa/bed" papers. We were just testing the quality of their products actually. Ha, alright, we were a real nuisance. And then we took off the tall wine/champagne glasses that were on display and started mimicking grown-ups and their drinking behaviour. It was fortunate that we didn't bang the glasses together real hard. We tried to, but it went like 'cling', not 'clang' mind you, and 'cling' meant that the glass was very thin and fragile. Cheers to that!
Went swimming with Jayne this morning. It was great excluding the fact that two guys kept blocking the first lane and doing the stuuupid stunts. And the sun! It went on-off-on then off again. Then back on again when we finished. Full blast of the UV rays. Today's pool was filled with vain men and men only. So weird, and the vain men were all suntanning. Jayne and I managed some tann. Yes! Our main piority that is. And we are proud to announce that we did a total of 25 laps! Jayne's good considering that she hasn't swam for quite long. Might be going for another swim tomorrow with Gloria. Yay!
