PY and I had a good time at the Food Expo yesterday. We actually filled most of our stomachs sampling the food. Ha, that was cheap...but we still bought some food okay? We shared a super long and big sausage bun with fries, laksa (something which I haven't eaten for almost 2 years cos' I absolutely dislike the gravy) but I thought that I should try it again. And it was a good thing this laksa wasn't too oily and milky and thick, just the right taste for me. I just ate the cockles though and a bit of noodles while I left the rest to PY. We bought some dim-sum look-alike and taste-alike, which apparently, was Thai food. Oh well, it was good nonetheless. The whole hall was pack and this fat lady push me aside. Pfft, move aside!
In order to rid the bloatedness, we went to the next hall, which was miles away. And we thought the whole expo was used for the Food Fair, but it wasn't. Guess where we went? To the High-Five concert hall! And to think we didn't know, cos' kids were flooding the whole area. So then, we went to the other halls at the other end which was I bet 10 miles away. And it was the MPH book sale. The books were friggin cheap. Da Vinci Code book at only $10. I didn't buy though.
I've taken a liking for Secret Garden recently. My Dad says it's new age. But I like it. It's way better then rock. Rock isn't bad, but I'd get tired of it very quickly. Enya and Secret Garden soothes me. All the songs are good, ah-huh...Gloria came over this afternoon. We had earlier plans to go swimming but it rained!! Boo. It was bright and sunny earlier on. It always rain when I wanna go swim. So we've postponed it to next Sunday after Chuch, Jayne, Gloria and I. Everyone seems to be going overseas. My parents are going to BK next Friday leaving my bro and I at home, while Sarah's going to Thailand next Thursday, Mel and Ali are going China tmr. Whoa. And Jayne almost went to Thailand too.
