Went out with jo and gang. ("gang'' is okay right?) It was kinda fun, although there were certain points where I was bored, sticky and grumpy. Ah, nature walks, it was an eye opener. Seeing many species of fruits and flowers I haven't seen before. As well as seeing my Grandama and uncle, and cousin pull out shrubs to plant at home! *shakes head* It's so typical, people sees attractive poor little shrubs, thinks they grow abunduntly, thinks they can grow well too at home in their own gardens, thinks nothing of their feelings, thinks no one sees (but I do), pulls the whole plant out from it's roots and happily keeps it in a plastic bag that is headed for home. It's the public's! Picked some saga seeds, it was a whole lot in fact. I haven't picked them up since I was a litle kid. I remember we used to do that outside church under the saga tree. Everyone had this saga seed craze and we even threw brunches up the trees to get somemore. Sadly, that hobby's long been abandoned. Seeds left around and no one bothers when about 10 years back, you couldn't even find one laying around on the road outside church cos' all had been picked. Brings back strange but happy memories, haha.
I was the photographer of the day (Yeah!) and I must admit I took some weird pics too. As in, not related to the nature walk at all. Here's some of the 50 plus pictures. Ha, I got kinda carried away with the camera. Now my Dad's ranting about the 50 thing. Damnit, blogger takes a whole heck of a time uploading just five simple pics. Man, I'll upload it next time.
